This week is the beginning of Microsofts Summer of Arcade promotion. In order to enter, you have to play the trial or full version of one of the five featured Summer of Arcade games. The grand prize is 100,000 Microsoft Points, an Xbox 360 Elite, and one free year of Xbox Live Gold. 10,000 is awarded to two runners up, and 4,000 will be given away to weekly winners.

Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 – This week.
August 6: Braid
August 13: Bionic Commando: Rearmed
August 20: Galaga Legions
August 27: Castle Crashers
There is currently no word on whether this promotion is US only.
