OK, so now E3 is nearing its end, and we’ve seen a lot of great games, however one game that has without doubt got gamers excited is the new Prince of Persia title. The next Chapter in the Prince of Persia series sees new gameplay elements and a new art style.
In the gameplay footage we’ve seen, the prince has some form of partner with him, who reportedly acts as a physical manifestation of his powers. This partner, known as Elika, follows the prince throughout each level helping with combat and platforming. The prince is not upgradable himself in terms of abilities, but players will have to upgrade Elika instead. Elika will also be able to revive the prince after death, and assist with certain manouvers that require two people to execute such as jumps and combos.
Expected to hit stores November this year, Prince of Persia will be available on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
