The Microsoft-Bungie saga continues. First Bungie teases us about something big happening at E3, then we hear that their publisher has blocked them from announcing anything, and then Don Mattrick lets slip that Bungie are working on a new Halo game. Now, Microsoft explain why Halo wasn’t at E3.
The reason being given for the no-show, is that Microsoft decided to pull if from the presentation at the last minute to cut down the length of the presentation, and as Don Mattrick put it “we felt we could do this game more justice with a more dedicated event.”
Yeah, it’s a pretty terrible reason to pull out such massive news. Considering the success of the Halo series, surely they could of pulled out something else instead?
