Almost a month after D3 Publisher announced Onechanbara would be coming to the Wii in North America, the studio has now revealed an Xbox 360 version of the bikini-clad samurai game as well.
The Tamsoft-developed Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad involves Aya and her schoolgirl sister Saki fighting against the denizens of undead zombies in either cooperative multiplayer or singleplayer modes.
While D3 Publisher has not specified a release date for the game but a vague “early 2009” promise, the publisher has stated that it will be working with Tamsoft to “upgrade” the Wii edition (titled Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers) with new content not found in the Japanese version, also suggesting that the Xbox 360 version may also have a similar treatment. Both versions are slated to arrive on the same day.
