Flower as you might have noticed is a hard game to describe. Over at thatgamecompany, members of the team were asked to describe the game in 10 words, some followed that rule, some didn’t. But it’s interesting what some of them say:

But what makes Flower look so great? Why are people so excited over it? It’s fresh, it’s new, it’s interactive grass; honestly, you probably hear/read “In a world where FPS games are being churned out for money, this game brings a relief from all of that,” well, it’s because it’s true.
We get great FPS games like Resistance 2, Killzone 2, Call of Duty and Halo, we get great games on PSN, WiiWare and XLBA, but games like these, where there is no apparent storyline, a game you play to relax in is much more appreciated.
I’m sure some of you have experienced these types of games, and here’s another fantastic example that games can soothe senses, and calm a person for the day. Controlling the wind and picking up flower petals, who would’ve thought?
Game releases February 12th on PSN, it’ll probably be $10, but don’t quote me on that.
