The English trailer for Final Fantasy XIII-2 comes with good news, well for Japan at least, the game will hit overseas in December. North America/Europe will have an early 2012 release attached.
The Playstation 3 version of FFXIII will get an update to the game, allowing for players to change difficulties by introducing an “Easy mode.” The update comes concurrently with the budget re-release for Final Fantasy XIII. The Xbox 360 version has the “Easy mode” difficulty already.
Square also mentioned that Final Fantasy has sold over 100 million copies worldwide, since May 2011.
