Tecmo Koei has released a few screenshots of the character editor and the new duel system in the latest entry in the Dynasty Warriors series.
Duels – When battling certain officers in DYNASTY WARRIORS NEXT, a special kind of Duel takes place. Duels switch to an almost first person viewpoint and make use of the PS Vita’s touch controls for fighting controls and interaction. Use touch controls to repel enemy attacks, win weapon lockups and quickly strike at gaps in the enemy’s defenses.
Edit Characters – In Conquest and Coalition modes, you can personalize your character and fight against others. There are a number of adjustable character attributes that allow you to create and customize your own character.
Dynasty Warriors Next will release on February 22nd on the PS-Vita
