Way of the Samurai 4 Brought over to North America by XSEED

XSEED is bringing over Way of the Samurai 4 to PS3 this summer via retail and digital release on the Playstation Store. Personally, I love the Way of the Samurai series and the newest installment takes players in a post-isolationist era of Japan. The three warring factions involve the shogunate pro-government force, the nationalistic isolationists, and foreign powers like the British Navy.

Way of the Samurai lets players create their character and run them through a branching narrative based on the decisions they’ve made in the story. Players can upload their character into other player’s games and have them roam around as an assassin, defeating them earns the character’s equipped items and loot.
