Nintendo and Hasbro have teamed up to bring a Transformers-themed Splatfest to Splatoon.
As part of the newest Splatfest, (a themed competition in Splatoon where two teams named after similar objects face one another to earn Super Sea Snails), Hasbro and Nintendo have named the two teams of players after the Autobots and Decepticons, opposing robot factions in the Transformers franchise.
The Transformers-themed Splatfest will take place from 9 a.m. PST on August 28th, to 9 a.m. PST on August 29th, and is open to all Splatoon players with an internet connection.
