Failsafe Parkours Onto Kickstarter

Failsafe, the parkour platforming project from Game Over, is currently up for funding on Kickstarter. The game is set to revolve around Isra, a young girl who, while raised to be her village’s leader, longs to explore the world beyond her village. Throughout her journey, she’ll be accompanied by XJ, a Helis robot who becomes more and more unique thanks to Isra’s influence.

Failsafe‘s gameplay will revolve around running, jumping, swinging, and climbing over obstacles from a first-person point of view. The game is set to feature the vocal talents of Ashly Burch, the voice of Chloe from Life is Strange, as well as Dante Basco, the voice of Zuko from Avatar: The Last Airbender.

If funded, Failsafe is set to be released on PC, Mac, and Linux next August. The developers are also aiming to release the game on the PS4 and Xbox One pending console arrangements. For more information, check out the gameplay trailer above.
