Ubisoft has detailed their post launch plans for The Division, as well as their plans for the game’s Season Pass. The game is set to have several free updates, as well as three major expansions said to provide “a renewed gameplay experience after launch”. The three expansions will include new gear and content. Details on the expansions are as follows:
Expansion I: Underground – This expansion opens up a new area for players as they explore the uncharted underworld of New York City with up to 4 friends for intense co-op action.
Expansion II: Survival – This expansion has playerssurvive as long as possible in a very hostile environment that will challenge even the most talented agents.
Expansion III: Last Stand – Details for the third expansion will be released at a later date.
Season Pass owners will receive all three paid expansions as they are released throughout the year, as well as an exclusive weapon, the sawed-off shotgun, at launch. Other benefits available to Season Pass owners include a set of exclusive outfits and weapon skins, as well as access to special monthly benefits, such as exclusive content drops and special events.
