Deck13 has a new sci-fi action-RPG in The Surge and its coming to PC, Xbox One, and PS4 in 2017.
New screenshots released today showcase the security forces you’ll encounter, utilizing similar exo-suits as yours. The combat in The Surge is tactical by nature, using a limb targeting system that enables you to attack and cut off specific limbs for farming materials and crafting upgrades to your exo-suit. Less equipped enemies are more vulnerable but offer poor loot, so it’s up to the player to choose the easy route or acquire materials that give them a combative edge in battle.
Deck13’s The Surge releases sometime in 2017 so look forward to more updates as it nears completion.
