60-second Adventure ‘Minit’ Announced for PC, Maybe Console

Have a minute? Announced Wednesday by indie game publisher Devolver Digital, Minit, is a forthcoming PC game that takes place 60 seconds at a time.

In describing their latest title, Devolver Digital asks players to “journey outside the comfort of your home to help unusual folk, uncover countless secrets, and overcome dangerous foes, all in hopes of lifting a rather unfortunate curse that ends each day after just one minute.” Check out the announcement trailer below.

Development of Minit is underway by seasoned game developers with credits including Hotline Miami 2, Horizon: Zero Dawn, Ridiculous Fishing and Super Crate Box.

Minit will release sometime in 2017 on PC, and possibly on console this year as well, the publisher hopes. For attendees of PAX South this weekend, Minit will be playable in person.
