Nina Freeman Interview: Nina discusses Kimmy, Lost Memories Dot Net & Tacoma with IndieComplete

The new indie title and visual novel ‘Kimmy‘ recently released on PC & Mac, and developer Nina Freeman took the time recently to speak with Francesca and Kyle of Monstervine’s IndieComplete podcast, along with discussion of Nina’s ‘Lost Memories Dot Net‘, and developer Fullbright’s ‘Tacoma‘, which releases August 2nd, that Nina also worked on as a level designer.

Join Francesca and Kyle for the in-depth discussion about Nina’s work, with a main focus on Kimmy, a game about spending a summer babysitting in Massachusetts in the 1960’s, and as the developer puts it, “you play as Dana, who stumbles across Kimmy–a tiny girl wandering around alone in her neighborhood. Dana decides to take Kimmy under her wing, worried that she’s having trouble making friends, and decides to be her babysitter. Let summer begin! Collect trinkets, play street games, and learn more and more about Kimmy and her mysterious family as summer passes by.”

The interview was recorded and prepared for listening. For the complete interview, click play on the SoundCloud embed below, or listen via the IndieComplete podcast series with the following links:
