Naruto Shippuuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations 9-minute trailer and screenshots

Namco’s 9-minute long trailer shows off the vast number of playable characters in the game, a revisit to some of the exclusive stories only found in the title, and a showcase of the different online modes. These modes include an “innovative” new system that integrates real-world collectible cards with the in-game universe. Each card in the next generation of the Naruto Shippuden collector series will include a code allowing players to unlock artwork for their in-game profile, and fight against them in a mini-battle to unlock a bonus skill.

Namco Bandai released 17 new screenshots for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations today.

Naruto Shippuuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations features all new gameplay features, modes, and a merging timeline with over 70 playable characters to choose from.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 ‘Moogle’ trailer

Square-Enix’s newest trailer revolves around Mog, a series hallmark Moogle, who assists Noel and Serah throughout the game. The video showcases the many ways in which Mog is useful in the game.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 comes out January 31 in North America, and February 3 in Europe for both XBOX 360 and Playstation 3.

Final Fantasy Versus XIII: “People will be excited when they next see it”

Spanning 6 years thus far, Square Enix’s latest news on its Nomura-led spinoff title comes from Yoshinori Kitase, telling fans to be excited for the future.

“Then there’s Versus XIII, which is currently in development. We released a trailer in January and since then there has been nothing, but I can assure you the team is working extremely hard on it and I think people will be excited when they next see it.”

Final Fantasy Versus XIII was announced for PlayStation 3 in 2006. The latest trailer came out in January 2011.

Namco Bandai’s latest trailer for its latest Storm Naruto game showcases some new game modes for the multiplatform adventure/fighter, including a Replay mode and all-new “What-if” scenarios that are exclusive to the game. Clocking in at around 3 minutes, the trailer promises gamers the “greatest ninja battle ever,” an updated battle system, and over 70 playable characters.

Namco Bandai announced today the North American release date for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations. Launching on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on March 13, 2012, Storm Generations shares the same release date as another Namco Bandai title, Tales of Graces f.

A new set of screenshots featuring both cinematic scenes and gameplay, as well as the U.S. box art (which is the same as the European box), have been released. See them below.

The first TV spot for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations has hit Japanese airwaves. Clocking in at 15 seconds, it showcases many of the old and new characters that will be coming together in the sequel.

New Final Fantasy XIII-2 Screenshots, Master of Monsters Trailer

Square Enix released new screenshots of Final Fantasy XIII-2 today, this time showcasing more Yeul, Oerba (Fang and Vanille’s home village), the Vile Peaks, Serah’s Ultima Arrow, and the Archytte Steppe Statues.

Also new is the “Master of Monsters” trailer, something that was up until yesterday, an IGN exclusive. If you happened to miss it, you can get your chance below.

Tales of Graces f North American box art revealed

Today, Namco revealed the game’s final U.S. box art. It was only last Friday that Namco Bandai announced, through the Tales series’ Facebook, the release date of Tales of Graces F in North America. The press release also mentioned a “summer 2012″ release for Europe, adding that it’ll be localized in both German and French.

Well, the cover looks to be the exact same one that was used for the Japanese release. Either way, the announcement is welcomed.

Tales of Graces f hits North American shelves on March 13, 2012, exclusively for Playstation 3.
