2K Games have released new screenshots for Borderlands 2, just in time for the first day of Gamescom. The screens show off some of the new baddies of Pandora, as well as new guns and playable characters. (more…)

2K Games posted a new overview video for Sid Meier’s Civilization World, a persistent online game that allows players to play whenever they like and work towards both individual and team goals with each visit. Each game has a beginning and an end, so each game will end with a winning player and a winning civilization.
CivWorld is a collaborative game where players can team up with others on Facebook to form a nation and battle competing civilizations to become rulers of the world. (more…)
In a dev diary released today for Bioshock Infinite, designer Ken Levine discusses Elizabeth’s ability to manipulate “tears,” basically “windows into other worlds.” The tears represent alternate dimensions and players, as Booker, will be able to use Elizabeth’s powers to make progress through Bioshock Infinite.
In a gameplay sequence, the player can summon a piece of cover to hide behind. The limited nature of using one “tear” at a time makes it so every player’s experience will be different. If you aren’t quite convinced by “tears” what the video below, the last 15 seconds will below your mind. (more…)
