I’ve played the original Witcher for about 12 hours. For some reason I never came back to it but I enjoyed what I played. In those opening hours of this massive game, it was pretty apparent it was very much a PC RPG through and through. CD Projekt has released new screenshots of its upcoming Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 game, The Witcher: Rise of the White Wolf, a remake of the 2007 original RPG.

The game will feature a new engine along with an upgraded combat system when it releases later this fall.
