Ever had one of those moments when you trigger some spell in a game, and something similar occurrs in reality at that same second?
I had one such moment during one of my many runs through The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
I was on my way back to the Temple of Time to return to Child Link’s time and get the Lens of Truth, when I realized I was low on life and magic. So I played the Song of Storms, an no sooner does it start raining in game (and I got a big fairy to recharge me), does it also start raining in reality! Inspired, I tried to make it stop with the Sun’s Song…but it only worked in game that time. Even so, I found it weird that what was said to only work in fantasy also worked in reality.
Who knows what my next such moment will be?
