Reminder: Nintendo 3DS Now $169.99

Starting yesterday, the Nintendo 3DS officially dropped to the its new low price of $169.99, according to Nintendo. Nintendo also announced earlier this week that a new Flame Red 3DS will be available in North America this September, alongside Star Fox 64 3D.

This begs the question: Is now the time to pick up the Nintendo 3DS? Nintendo is increasing their library of games this Fall with titles like star Fox 64 3D, Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7 and more. Not to mention that Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D is already available ( I am playing Ocarina now and it is pretty awesome on the 3DS).

With an increasing library of games, an online store that screams nostalgia with NES games, and a new color scheme for users to choose from, this might as well be the best time to pick up the Nintendo 3DS. Let us know in the comments if the new price is incentive enough for you to pick up the 3DS.
