Quantic Dream’s Next Game Is Called Detroit

Game designer David Cage took the stage at Sony’s Paris Games Week to announce Detroit, the next game from Quantic Dream.

You probably have already seen the protagonist, Kara, who previously made an appearance in a Quantic Dream tech demo in 2012. Detroit also carries the subtitle, “Become Human,” and will ask the player “What does it mean to be human?” The game will see what happens to Kara when she leaves the android factory and explores a life not intended for her. In the debut trailer below, we are introduced to a futuristic world were lifelike androids co-exist with humans, except they are seen as inferior and segregated from their creators.
