Back 4 Blood Revealed at the Game Awards

Turtle Rock Studios and Warner Bros. Interactive appeared at the Game Awards to announce their upcoming multiplayer zombie shooter, Back 4 Blood. Planned to release on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on June 22, Back 4 Blood is the newest co-op zombie shooter from the development team behind Left 4 Dead. Following in its footsteps, Back 4 Blood lets four players (or one player with three A.I. allies) battle against hordes of undead in gloriously gory detail.

Turtle Rock also announced a closed PC alpha test that will run from December 17th to December 21st. Players interested in getting a chance to participate can register at the game’s official site.

Chris Ashton, Co-founder and Design Director at Turtle Rock Studios, commented on the reveal:

Our fans have been waiting a long time for us to return to our roots and it’s amazing to finally show the world what we’ve been working on. We are making this game with our community in mind and are firing on all cylinders to give players a compelling zombie experience that is unlike any other.
