Most Disappointing – Super Mario 3D All Stars

Nick: Nintendo cuts corners at almost every juncture, and Super Mario 3D All Stars is an almost laughable cash grab requiring the least amount of work. Like Square-Enix porting an old Final Fantasy mobile port to modern consoles, Nintendo did the absolute bare minimum to bring these 3D classics to the modern age before going a step further. Creating an artificial time limit to purchase and download the titles created artificial demand, Nintendo’s forte. Both of these actions are bad practice and should not be adopted by industry leaders.

Frank: It’s just gross. From the amount of effort put into what can barely be called a port, to how horribly anti-consumer their arbitrary time limit on sales is, the main reason to own this is because it’s such a fantastic blunder on Nintendo’s part.
