Mobile publisher and developer FunPlus has announced that State of Survival will be receiving content from the hit AMC series, The Walking Dead. From April 15th of this coming October, players will be able to use Daryl Dixon from AMC’s The Walking Dead as a playable character in State of Survival. Daryl comes with his aptly named canine companion, Dog, and a customized story for his character. Daryl is voiced by actor Norman Reedus, who also plays Daryl in the television show. Players can pre-register for the game on the official site.
Chris Petrovic, Chief Business Officer at FunPlus, commented on the crossover:
“It’s an honor to introduce one of the most captivating characters from AMC’s The Walking Dead into State of Survival. We have worked closely with AMC and Norman Reedus to create something truly exciting for fans of The Walking Dead, and we can’t wait for our players to jump into the game as the legendary Daryl Dixon.”
