Capcom Fighting Collection 2 Trailer Previews Robust Rereleases

Fighting game fans received quite a pleasant surprise during this morning’s Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase, as Capcom revealed another compilation of beloved titles, dubbed Capcom Fighting Collection 2. The title will release on PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam in 2025.

The collection includes Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2000 Pro, Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001, Capcom Fighting Evolution, Street Fighter Alpha 3 UPPER, Project Justice, Power Stone, Power Stone 2, and Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein. Spanning both the 2D and 3D subgenres of fighting games, the collection also boasts quite a few bonus features, including an extensive gallery, quick saving, and rollback netcode-fueled online play for all of the titles.

The first Capcom Fighting Collection, which we reviewed back in 2022, included Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors, Night Warriors: Darkstalkers’ Revenge, Vampire Savior: The Lord of Vampire, Vampire Hunter 2: Darkstalkers’ Revenge, Vampire Savior 2: The Lord of VampireSuper Puzzle Fighter II TurboSuper Gem Fighter Mini MixCyberbots: Full Metal MadnessRed Earth, and Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition.

Capcom Fighting Collection 2 and Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics bring together some of the most memorable games in fighting game history and we can’t wait for players, new and old, to join the fray with us when these titles release,” reads the official press release.
