After seeing the story on a Guitar Hero movie rumor, I couldn’t help but wonder how such a thing would work.
One the one hand, you could make it about two GH/RB geeks that win big at a major GH/RB tourney, but I’m not sure how many people would want to watch that.
On the other hand, any possible filmmakers could generate their own GH/RB band, think up some backstories and/or rivalries, and build the story on their creation’s ups and downs on the way to stardom. At the same time, there’d be little references to the GH/RB games themselves. (eg. logos for both games somewhere, someone playing the games, etc.)
What’s next? DDR: The Movie?
