Dragon Ball Z Powers up to 9000 on Kinect

Namco Bandai has revealed Dragon Ball Z for Kinect for the Xbox 360 this October. Expect to unleash your inner super saiyan without the need for a controller, just not like this guy. New anime footage unseen in the US and Europe will debut via the video game, along with 50 playable character plus one new character. DBZ Kinect also uses QR codes to unlock characters and power-ups in the game, expect some McDonalds or Taco Bell promotional tie-in for that.

Dragon Ball Z Kinect ‘Story Mode’ will let players reenact character movements and moves from famous scenes, “combining CG demo scenes and battle controls to experience giant boss battles like never before!” In ‘Score Attack’ mode, players will fight 1-on-1 battles to rack the highest score.
