Capcom has announced that the downloadable re-release Marvel vs. Capcom 2 will be coming to the Xbox 360 on Wednesday, July 29.

No date of the Playstation 3 release was stated, on which a demo is available, however Capcom noted via Twitter that a date will be “announced soon.” It later added that the “PSN version of Marvel VS Capcom 2 is not coming at same time as XBLA.”

For 1200 Microsoft Points ($15), the re-release adds online multiplayer, optional widescreen view, and filters for upscaled visuals.
