Square-Enix released a new incredibly spoilerific trailer at this year’s New York Comic-Con, which reveals much more information on the mystery surrounding Lightning’s disappearance, the motivations behind Sera and Noel’s journey, and much more. Clocking in at just over seven minutes, it will be no surprise if this is the last trailer to be released from Square-Enix before its Japanese launch later this year.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 comes out later this December in Japan, January in North America and February in Europe.
