The PC Gaming show at E3 2018 included good news for PC players interested in the Yakuza series. A montage of Sega PC games revealed that Yakuza 0 and Yakuza Kiwami (as well as Valkyria Chronicles 4, which had previously been announced only for consoles) will be released on the PC through Steam.
Yakuza 0 will launch first, on August 1, for $19.99 with a 10% discount for pre-orders. Yakuza Kiwami will follow at an unknown date. Both games will play at up to 4K resolutions at 60 fps, with uncapped frame rates also supported.
Meanwhile, Yakuza Kiwami 2 is due out in the west for the PlayStation 4 on August 28, and Sega released a new E3 trailer introducing it.
Nothing has been said so far about whether or not Kiwami 2 will also come to the PC in the future or if it will remain exclusive to the PS4.
