Guerilla Collective Showcase Heats-Up With Firegirl Trailer

At today’s Guerilla Collective Showcase, Dejima Games announced their 2D puzzle-platformer, titled Firegirl. The trailer shows the titular Firegirl finding her way through various buildings and burning environments as she uses water in various creative ways to move more efficiently.

Described as a “hack-n-splash rescue” game, Firegirl features sharp pixel-art and 3D environments. Using her hose and axe, players will solve 2D puzzles, navigate platforming challenges, and rescue civilians throughout the city.

Firegirl doesn’t currently have a release date, but is set to come out on consoles and PC.
