Clan of Champions Localized for Western Release in 2012

Acquire has partnered with NIS America to release a localized version of Clan of Champions, a “hardcore multiplayer game” for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC.

Players pick a elf, orc, or human and venture into “mission” style objective solo or with two other friends in co-op mode. Additionally, there is also a competitive 3v3 team battle mode. While few details were offered about Clan of Champions, the words “hardcore” and the obvious medieval fantasy setting points it as a Demon Souls type of affair.

In Clan of Champions, players will notice the RPG aspect of progressing, unlocking skills for moves and weapon types as they use them. The game is set for release in North America and Europe in 2012. NIS America promises a beefy load of DLC content post release in the form of new quests, items, and weapons which is surely going to appease the “hardcore” crowd that its aiming for.
