Hi, what are you looking for?

PS3

Warhawk V1.4, V1.5 and Trophies!

Woah, V1.4 and V1.5? Apparently so, as Dylan Jobe has reported that both of these patches have been worked upon in parallel. Of course they will be released at different times, but soon after each other! Here’s what DJ had to say about it:

“All I am allowed to say is that the v1.4 Patch is very, very, very close to being released and we actually developed the v1.5 Patch in parallel, but staggered, with the v1.4 Patch. The reason we did this is because there are stuffs in the v1.4 Patch that we wanted to get out to everyone ASAP…but the v1.5 patch isn’t that far behind!”

Well, what does V1.5 bring? Trophies, how many of them? A whopping 56, so for those like myself who are already on Level 2 and struggling at attaining a higher Level, Warhawk is sure to give a boost in Levels. Said Trophy support is going to be patched in, just like SuperStardust HD, but it might not happen for a while – or maybe within a week.

Retroactive Trophies – because your stats are saved to your Online ID, “Meaning, that once the v1.5 patch is released, and if you’ve already earned the requirements for those trophies *bling*bling*bling* Warhawk will pay them out to you!” – 34 totally new objectives and 4 Trophies per booster pack, will that equal 12 Trophies by the time V1.5 is released?

And DJ ends his post like so:
~~~~~~Be the HERO~~~~~~
~~~~~Horde the CORES~~~~

Could these be the two new modes for Warhawk? Or just 2 of a certain number? We’ll just have to wait and see!

And at the bottom of this page, it says, “only three already-released first-party PS3 games–PAIN, Warhawk, and Super Stardust HD–will get the feature this week in the form of patches.” Could this mean we’re seeing V1.4 and V1.5 quickly?

Hit the jump for more details!

We haven’t heard from Dylan for a long time, and Dylan is sorry, but they’ve not only been working on V1.4 and V1.5, but also the next booster pack! No details on the new booster pack though. In about a week though, they’ll make some big announcements about everything dealing with Warhawk. Pre-E3?

Ok, so those 56 Trophies, how are they broken up? Three main categories really:

* There are 10 trophies based on the Warhawk’s current stats/rank/awards system. Like getting all your Bronze badges, attaining a specific rank, or earning a number of medals.
* There are 34 trophies that are entirely *new* rewards based on Warhawks core game and not based on our current stats, ranks or other awards.
* There are then 4 trophies per booster pack that are, of course, completely new awards.

So retroactive Trophies – because your stats are saved to your Online ID, “Meaning, that once the v1.5 patch is released, and if you’ve already earned the requirements for those trophies *bling*bling*bling* Warhawk will pay them out to you!” – 34 totally new objectives and 4 Trophies per booster pack, will that equal 12 Trophies by the time V1.5 is released?
