CD Projekt announced that the digital distribution platform, Good Old Games, will be entering open beta as of September 8th.
Anyone who applied for beta access before September 7th on GOG.COM will be able to purchase and download 30 DRM-free games from publishers including Codemasters and Interplay.
The games will be priced around $5.99 to $9.99 with the first purchase awarding a code for a free Interplay published title. Launch titles were not listed however speculation has been running that Fallout, Fallout 2, Giants: Citizen Kabuto, Descent 1-3 and Kingpin: Life of Crime will be among those at launch or becoming available shortly after.
