The sequel to Assassins Creed is currently in development at Ubisoft Montreal.
In an interview with Prince of Persia animation director David Wilkinson, he praised the work of animator Alex Drouin and added that he is “busy making [Assassin’s Creed lead] Altair even more beautiful, adding that the last time he saw Dourin’s work he “was getting Altair to swim.”
The original game broke records in sales for the publisher Ubisoft and a sequel was confirmed by last December.
Ubisoft North America stated that there would be no Assassins Creed in 2008 however “when we bring [the franchise] back, there will be more anticipation for it.”
No other details about the sequel was shed however the latest work from the Montreal studio, Prince of Persia will hit retailers December 2nd.
