Yes ladies and gentlemen Jack Thompson just won’t go away will he. Everyone’s favourite ex-video-game attorney (who never won a case) is now appealing against the disbarment (banhammer) that was (hilariously) bestowed upon him by the Florida Supreme Court back in September of 2008. He now has a petition filing time extension up until the 18th of February of this year. What is the most bizarre about this, is the fact that the US Supreme Court only hears (roughly) 100 petition cases per year in comparison to the 10,000 case appeals that they receive.
What Jack Thompson is doing in the top 1% of petition cases in the whole of the United States is completely beyond me, but if there’s one thing we all know about Jack Thompson, it’s that he’s a really persistent bastard.

Not to be an ass, but didn’t we make Jack Thompson, what he is today (we gave him the popularitiy and in turn he knew that whatever he said we would rally against him, making him get the attention needed)
So technically we shouldn’t mention him or what he is doing then he will go away
