D3 has announced that Puzzle Quest: Galactrix will hit the Xbox Live Arcade Wednesday, April 8th. The downloadable version will cost 1600 Microsoft Points ($20).

Infinite Interactive’s sequel to the puzzle-RPG: Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords, Galactrix brings the game to the sci-fi realm that includes spaceship battles, space pirates, and effects of zero gravity on colored blocks.

The game first appeared on the PC and Nintendo DS in late February, with downloadable versions on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 slated for “early 2009”. There is still no word on the PS3 version.
