Kodu Released on Xbox Community Games

Kodu Game Lab, described as “a new visual programming language made specifically for creating games,” has released on the Xbox 360.

Found in the Community Games section on the Xbox Live Marketplace, the 167MB program can be sampled in a demo, with the full version made available in exchange for 400 Microsoft Points.

The full version boasts several tutorials and numerous samples, with a variety of genres ranging from role-playing to shooters. Created games can be shared with other Xbox Live players and can support online multiplayer for up to four offline or eight online players.
