While Joe wasn’t part of the deal, 2K Games has gone ahead anyway and re-purposed Mafia II in new shiny packaging at a much lesser cost. Mafia II Greatest Hits (PS3), Mafia II Platinum Hits (Xbox 360), and Mafia II Director’s Cut (PC) will make its way to retailers worldwide in April for $29.99 and include all three downloadable content packages that have been released for the game.
As you might remember, The Betrayal of Jimmy was exclusive to the PS3 version and will now be available for PC and Xbox 360 owners ONLY if you buy the new “value-packed editions.” Sounds like a deal to me.
