Are you tired of being teased with multiplayer trailers of Battlefield 3? DICE and EA are finally giving the public a taste of the multiplayer before the game’s October 25, release. An open beta will go live starting September 29, on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC.
Those that preordered the PC version of the game over EA’s Origin service, or purchased the limited edition of Medal of Honor last year, will get access to the beta a couple of days earlier than everyone else on September 27.
The beta features the Operation Metro Map, which is set in Paris. Players will get a chance to play the popular Rush Mode, while experiencing the map’s different environments, from a lush park, a battered and dark metro station, and in the streets around the Paris stock exchange.
Battlefield 3’s open beta ends October 10, and the game releases October 25, Pc, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
