My favorite reveal today is the one game that wasn’t even shown during the VGA’s! Activision is remaking the first two Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater titles in true HD (similar to Halo Anniversary) and is bringing the best of both games together in downloadable form in early 2012. As you can see from the trailer, Warehouse from THPS2 is in the game, but Hawk also confirmed that School and Downhill will also be in the game. All this game needs is to keep everything good from the 2 games, keep local multiplayer, add in online mode, keep the park creator, add in a LittleBigPlanet style online mode, and keep the best songs from the games. It wouldn’t be a Tony Hawk game without that 90’s soundtrack.
