Bethesda has released a new trailer for Doom 3: BFG Edition, the HD collection set to release later this year featuring the entire Doom series in one package.
The trailer showcases ‘The Lost Mission’, one of eight new Doom 3 levels added for BFG collection. Here is the description of the level sent in a news release from Bethesda:
“Return to Mars and face off against the forces of Hell. Suit up as the only surviving member of the Union Aerospace Corporation’s Bravo Team and discover the horrifying truth behind the unimaginable evil that has been unleashed across the planet. You are the last hope in a race to stop a full scale invasion from Hell.”
The BFG edition includes Doom, Doom II, Doom 3, Doom 3: Ressurctation of Evil, and eight new levels. Doom 3 is remastered in high-defitintion for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. The collection releases Oct. 16, 2012.
