Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour Coming October 11th

Gearbox has announced Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour with a new teaser trailer. The iconic Duke Nukem 3D comes back with new content that promise to thrill any Duke fan.

Duke Nukem 3D will release on PS4, Xbox One, and Windows PC via Steam on October 11, 2016 at a 19.99 price point. The all-new content includes eight new levels designed by the original developers of Duke Nukem 3D, Allen Blum III and Richard “Levelord” Gray as well as newly recorded music and voiceovers from Lee Jackson and John St. John. Additionally, a behind-the-scenes director commentary and the option to toggle between the original engine or Gearbox’s “True3D Rendering” mode is available for players as well.

“When I first moved out to Texas to join the Duke Nukem 3D development team in the mid-nineties, I could not possibly predict that we were all going to be part of the emergence of the 3D First Person videogame genre that would ultimately impact the entire videogame industry,” said Randy Pitchford, President of Gearbox Software. “Making it possible for Allen, Richard, Lee and Jon to all come back together 20 years later to bring a whole new episode to the classic game is just one of those rare and incredible things that I hope will bring joy and happiness to hardcore videogame fans new and old.”
