5th Annual Day of the Devs Coming From Double Fine and iam8bit

Double Fine and iam8bit have announced the date for their free indie games festival, the 5th annual Day of the Devs celebration. Taking place on Saturday November 11th at The Midway in San Francisco, the year’s biggest indie hits and a plethora of new titles will be present for attendees to enjoy. Double Fine President and CEO Tim Schafer commented on the upcoming event:

“Day of the Devs 2016 was beyond epic. We had tons of awesome indie games featured – several of which went on to win awards and even qualify for an Oscar! But that was only our fourth annual event. For the fifth year, we’re going alllllllll out! We thought long and hard about how we could make Day of the Devs 2017 a festival for the ages, and we’ve come up with some surprises you’re not going to want to miss. Day of the Devs 2017 is going to be bigger and better than ever before. Be there, or forever live in regret.”

Any aspiring devs can submit their projects for consideration here, so long as they enter by October 1st.
