Musical Adventure Game Koira Showcased at Summer Game Fest

At Summer Game Fest 2024’s Day of the Devs showcase, developer Studio Tolima and publisher DON’T NOD shared a new trailer for Koira, a musical, hand-drawn adventure game about a forest spirit who saves a puppy. Friendship is the central theme of the game, and the trailer shows some of the interactions between the two characters as they travel through the forest and solve puzzles.

In addition to actions like playing fetch and feeding the puppy, the forest spirit can also use the power of song to wake the forest. Koira has no dialogue, and its music and sound design is an important part of the experience.

Koira will be released in 2025, with a Steam demo planned for this summer.
