At Day of the Devs: Summer Game Fest 2024 Edition, developer Cozy Game Pals and publisher Blumhouse Games announced Fear the Spotlight, a narrative horror game planned for 2024. It follows Vivian, a girl who sneaks into her school at night to conduct a séance and finds herself trapped with a monster wandering the halls.
Described as a love letter to classic 90s horror games, it features retro 3D graphics, puzzles to solve, and stealth sequences as you try to stay out of the spotlight at all costs.
Fear the Spotlight is in development for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.
