Mobile game developers Jam City announced today that they have entered a multi-year game development partnership with the house of mouse itself, Disney. You may know Jam City as the team behind Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery, Avengers Academy, and Cookie Jam. You may know Disney from half of the worlds biggest IPs, or for their iconic films and characters.
Chris DeWolfe, co-founder and CEO of Jam City, commented on the deal:

With extensive success creating mobile hits based on iconic entertainment IP, Jam City is an ideal partner to develop a lineup of new mobile games with Disney’s most popular franchises.”
To kick off the collaboration, Jam City will be taking over development for Disney Emoji Blitz. Jam City also has plans to develop a mobile game based on the sequel to Disney’s Frozen once the film is closer to release.
