At today’s IGN Expo livestream event, it was revealed that Team Salvato’s viral visual novel, Doki Doki Literature Club Plus, will be coming to consoles at the end of the month.This new release, titled Doki Doki Literature Club Plus, will feature brand new side-stories, over 13 new songs, more than 100 images to unlock, and improved HD visuals. This expanded version of the game is set to release on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on June 30th.
In Doki Doki Literature Club Plus, you play as a shy young man who is invited to join his school’s literature club by a childhood friend. Things take a strange turn as time goes on, leading to what many consider to be some of the freakiest and most surreal moments in modern gaming.
