+Mpact Games has announced that their upcoming Samurai multiplayer game, Hanako: Honor & Blade, will release this September. The game will release for PC through Steam on September 15 for $15. To celebrate this announcement, +Mpact Games has released a trailer for Hanako featuring the Yamai Castle stage.
Hanako: Honor & Blade is a multiplayer online game that allows up to 24 players to assume the roles of various Samurai classes as two teams battle one another. The teams represent life and death, and the game features four classes, four game modes, and dynamic changing environments.
Matt Canei, Team Lead at +Mpact Games, commented on the release:
“As we put the final touches on Hanako: Honor & Blade we’re reflecting on the bittersweet journey we’ve shared to honor those we have lost. Seeing the transformation of the Yamai Castle map to celebrate a cleansing victory brings home the emotional impact of what our team has accomplished using our own resources.”
