XSEED Games has revealed the first English character details for The Hundred Line -Last Defense Academy-, a chilling tactical RPG co-created by Kazutaka Kodaka (Danganronpa) and Kotaro Uchikoshi (Zero Escape). This announcement kicks off the “100 Days to Launch” campaign, unveiling daily updates until the game’s release on April 24, 2025, exclusively for Nintendo Switch in the Americas.
Survive 100 Days of Despair with the Special Defense Unit
Players will join Takumi Sumino, an ordinary high schooler, and his eccentric classmates at the Last Defense Academy as they fend off mysterious invaders over 100 tense days. The Special Defense Unit, tasked with ensuring the school’s survival, features a diverse and chaotic roster of characters:
- Takumi Sumino: A pessimistic but determined “everyman” protagonist.
- Eito Aotsuki: A frail but brilliant “voice of reason” who values his friends above all.
