The Séance of Blake Manor Gets New Gameplay Trailer and Free Demo for LudoNarraCon

Interview suspects, question reality, and uncover the truth in Raw Fury and Spooky Doorway’s eerie detective tale, now playable in a limited-time demo.

If you’re a fan of ghost stories, sharp dialogue, and supernatural sleuthing, you might want to pencil in The Séance of Blake Manor. This supernatural mystery game from The Darkside Detective developers Spooky Doorway just dropped a fresh gameplay trailer—and better yet, there’s a brand-new demo available now on Steam as part of LudoNarraCon, running through May 5.

Set in 1897 Ireland, The Séance of Blake Manor puts players in the shoes of Detective Declan Ward as he investigates the sudden disappearance of Evelyn Deane. The search leads to Blake Manor, a remote and unsettling hotel with more secrets than guests, where something strange is definitely going on. Think locked-room mystery meets Victorian ghost story, with a twist of the paranormal.

What to Expect:

  • Interrogate the Living and the Beyond: Piece together Evelyn’s disappearance by questioning an eclectic cast of guests, each with their own secrets and possible motives.
  • Atmospheric Storytelling: With Spooky Doorway’s signature writing and humor, the game balances its spooky tone with wit and intrigue.
  • Classic Detective Work: Explore the manor, gather clues, and test your powers of deduction as you uncover what really happened in Blake Manor.
  • Demo Available Now: A free Steam demo is live until May 5 as part of LudoNarraCon’s Official Selection. It’s your chance to dive in early and get a feel for the haunting mystery ahead.

Between its detailed setting, supernatural overtones, and richly written characters, The Séance of Blake Manor looks like another standout from Spooky Doorway—and a must-play for fans of narrative-driven mysteries with a ghostly edge.

You can check out the latest trailer here and try the demo now on Steam.
